Weekly Market Update September 23, 2020
Here is what’s happening for Real Estate in Colorado Springs for the week ending on September 20, 2020!

Homes go to closing:
We are heading into the winter months, but our market is still very healthy! Interest rates are at an ALL-TIME LOW! Now is the time to purchase your home with payments lower than most rentals and we offer all our buyers a rebate, which puts cash back in your pocket!
So why do homes stay on the market longer than others or reduce their price? Here in Colorado Springs, a home on the market longer than 3-4 weeks is a long time. The housing inventory just moves very quickly because there is a lot of demand for them. If your are selling your home and you aren’t getting the offers you were hoping to get, you may need to request a fair and accurate market analysis to see if your home is priced right. Many people are hoping to demand top-dollar for their home, and though many get it, if your home is over-priced, it could really limit the people who would be willing to even look at your home, and thus limiting potential offers. If you aren’t sure if you have received a fair market analysis, give us a call. We have been experts with the Colorado Springs market for over 17 years and we will be happy to help.
