Homes are still selling and prices may continue to go up as inventory is lower than the demand. There is a reason Colorado Springs is still #1 in all of U.S. People are wanting to buy homes here and with interest rates low, get out of renting is a great idea. Did you know with renting, you are throwing your money away? That’s right! You are paying for someone else’s mortgage. When you buy your own home, you immediately start growing your own investment and you pay yourself!
If you aren’t sure what you need to do to qualify for a home or how to get started, give me a call! I will be happy to help you out and provide a list of lenders who can work with you in just about any situation. Plus, there are first-time homebuyer programs available to help you get into your own home, and we can help you out! We work throughout the entire Colorado Springs and Pueblo region and across the Front Range and can help you find the perfect home
If you own your home, you may be thinking of cashing out in this market while you can get a great price and with competitive offers. You may have gone out and done some looking around on websites that claim they can tell you how much your home is worth. But these websites can only give you a general price range and are often misleading. These sites like Zillow and Trulia use statistics to base their pricing and often these statistics are wrong. They don’t know the actual market for your neighborhood and area, they don’t know the condition of your home. They don’t understand many of the details needed to price your home correctly to sell quickly.
Reach out to me and I can look at all the variables that these sites don’t account for and get you a fair and accurate market analysis for your home. I will come to your home and look at the upgrades, the amenities and all the features that make your home special and appealing to potential buyers. These are things that a website guestimator can’t account for and I can. Give me a call, (719) 641-1357, I would be happy to help you determine the actual value of your home!
