Here is what's happening for Real Estate in Colorado Springs for the week ending on August 30, 2020!

Homes go to closing:


Our market is still very healthy! Interest rates are at an ALL-TIME LOW!  Now is the time to purchase your home with payments lower than most rentals and we offer all our buyers a rebate which puts cash back in your pocket!  Also, home prices are decreasing.  This occurs naturally as the market slows and the summer ends.  Home prices also may be going down to entice buyers to purchase a home more quickly.  There are plenty of reasons to become a homeowner and this may just be a good opportunity for you to take advantage of.
