Mesa Ridge at Fountain is a beautiful new development by Classic Homes. There are only a couple of new sale homes left. Call me for details on those or see the resale list here. The Mesa Ridge community is easily accessible from the Fountain/Fort Carson exit off I-25, and from Powers and Academy Boulevards. The new filings 11, 12, & 13 host available lots to build near the intersection of Mesa Ridge Parkway and Sneffels Street. This residential Master Planned community is surrounded by scenic views and highly accessible to I-25, Fort Carson, major shopping and conveniences, the Colorado Springs Airport, and recreational trails and parks.
Barnstormer’s Landing is another fantastic Classic Homes development with 34 different models ranging from $180,000 to the low $300,000s. There are approximately 89 acres, which will host 254 lots and 3 community parks. Lots range in size up to 1/2-acre, with the average lot size throughout the community being 9,100 sq. ft. The development is divided into two filings, the first being 122 lots in the southern portion of the community. Easy access is available to the Colorado Springs Airport, Ft. Heritage is located south of C&S Road on the east side of Fountain Mesa Road. Heritage homes were built from the 1980s through 2005 – most were built in the 1990s.
