In this demonstration-style workshop, you will learn how to easily transform whole foods such as avocado, nuts, seeds, berries, bananas, honey, maple syrup and coconut into decadent and good-for-you treats. There is a $5 food fee payable to the instructor on the day of class to cover tasting and recipes.
